World Leadership Institute Inc. relocates offices To Davenport

Larry Patten of World Leadership Institute announced that they would be moving their offices back to Davenport Iowa. “One of the major factors in this decision is the ability to partner with a leader in the community on providing community service and the WLi programs. WLi will be housed with the Vickie Anne Palmer Foundation and Mr. Patten will assist in the development of the Foundation.
