Scott County Family YMCA – Completes Alignment and Planning

The Scott County Family YMCA completed the WLi alignment program with over 125 individuals as part of the part of the program. Mr. Patten from WLi made a presentation to all of the participants at a kick off meeting. Over 85% of the individuals completed the assessment. WLi staff then worked with the leaders of the YMCA to narrow down the most critical issues and develop a plan of action to deal effectively with those issues. This program was selected by the Scott County YMCA to set the stage for their strategic planning program.
