QVi Changes it name to World Leadership Institute

Mr. Larry Patten today announced that Quality Ventures Incorporated was changing its name to World Leadership Institute. “This is being done,” stated Mr. Patten, “because of the changing direction in which the company is moving from its inception a year ago.” Mr. Patten went on to explain that the original thought was that the company would build on his extensive knowledge to offer Quality Systems Development training to companies. However, it is now clear that that program will be only a small part of the role that World Leadership Institute will play. “Over the past three years, I have been traveling over the country talking with many CEO’s of companies and it is now clear that quality systems, while an important part is only a small part of overall organizational development,” said Mr. Patten. Mr. Patten explained that he planned to develop a program for strategic organizational development that would be comprehensive. His hope is to have a fully software supported effort to help companies not just plan but truly to develop their organizations.
