James patten joins – WLi as vice president

We are very pleased to announce that James Patten has joined the firm as Vice President. Mr. Patten will be working in our Davenport Ia office providing new direction and expansion opportunities to WLi as well as organizational development opportunities to our clients.
James earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northern Iowa University in 2000. He brings a wealth of experience from his work starting and running small businesses.
“I am happy to be back in Iowa and beginning my journey in learning and practicing leadership and organizational development with World Leadership Institute.” Patten said. “I look forward to helping clients create a brighter future by furthering their thinking in making positive changes.”
Patten is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and the North Scott Rotary Club, a non-profit organization that serves its community in a variety of ways. In his free time, he enjoys family, bicycling and kiting.
